System Migration Notice

Dear Rapidz Fam,


Thank you for your continued support and trust in Rapidz. We are gearing up for a migration from May 13 – May 21 (UTC) to make your experience even better!


The migration will see a switch to an industry-leading custodian provider trusted by top finance and Web3 firms. In the future, you can look forward to expanded service capabilities and enhanced asset security.


Please update your app from May 22 (UTC) to resume usage of services.


Important Information Regarding Account Migration and Wallet Addresses


  • All verified account users will have their account migrated. No action is required.

  • All unverified account users with NFT or token assets will have their account migrated. However, you will need to verify your account to resume token transactions after the migration.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to migrate any user accounts that are unverified and have no NFT or token asset. Please complete your account verification by May 12 to ensure a smooth migration.


As part of the migration process, existing wallet addresses will be retired. New wallet addresses will be generated for you by May 22. It is important to take note:

  • Receiving Funds: Please provide your new wallet address to anyone who sends you tokens.

  • Sending Funds: Always verify your recipient's wallet address before sending tokens, as their address may have changed.


Migration Timeline


The system migration has the following key milestones:

May 13: We suggest refraining from using the app.

May 14: App update with restricted service.

May 22: Fully functioning service resumes.


Services Not Affected During Migration


  • Viewing of balance for existing users.


Services Affected During Migration


All other services and transactions not mentioned above. Affected services includes:

  • Sign up

  • Activation of wallet

  • User account verification

  • Airdrop

  • All on-chain transactions

  • All Rapidz app internal transactions


We kindly remind you that any transactions during the migration period, including buying, sending, and receiving, will be outside our control and responsibility. Rest assured, your asset balance will remain unaffected if no transaction is taken during this period.
