System Migration Notice

Dear Rapidz Fam,


Thank you for your continued support and trust in Rapidz. We are gearing up for a migration from May 13 – May 21 (UTC) to make your experience even better!


The migration will see a switch to an industry-leading custodian provider trusted by top finance and Web3 firms. In the future, you can look forward to expanded service capabilities and enhanced asset security.


Please update your app from May 22 (UTC) to resume usage of services.


Important Information Regarding Account Migration and Wallet Addresses


  • All verified account users will have their account migrated. No action is required.

  • All unverified account users with NFT or token assets will have their account migrated. However, you will need to verify your account to resume token transactions after the migration.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to migrate any user accounts that are unverified and have no NFT or token asset. Please complete your account verification by May 12 to ensure a smooth migration.


As part of the migration process, existing wallet addresses will be retired. New wallet addresses will be generated for you by May 22. It is important to take note:

  • Receiving Funds: Please provide your new wallet address to anyone who sends you tokens.

  • Sending Funds: Always verify your recipient's wallet address before sending tokens, as their address may have changed.


Migration Timeline


The system migration has the following key milestones:

May 13: We suggest refraining from using the app.

May 14: App update with restricted service.

May 22: Fully functioning service resumes.

  • Viewing of balance for existing users.


Services Affected During Migration


All other services and transactions not mentioned above. Affected services includes:

  • Sign up

  • Activation of wallet

  • User account verification

  • Airdrop

  • All on-chain transactions

  • All Rapidz app internal transactions


We kindly remind you that any transactions during the migration period, including buying, sending, and receiving, will be outside our control and responsibility. Rest assured, your asset balance will remain unaffected if no transaction is taken during this period.

  • How do I register for the Rapidz Pay App?
    To register for Rapidz Pay: Download the app Find "Rapidz Pay" on the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Register Sign up for your free account via email. Confirm Account Login to the Rapidz Pay app and enter the 6-digit code sent to your email. Set a 4-digit PIN for authentication. Re-enter your pin to confirm.     Your account status is "Unverified" by default, which means you're all set to use our basic services.     Great choice! By verifying your account, you're about to access all the amazing features of the app. Before you begin, get your National ID/ passport ready and find a quiet, well-lit spot for the video verification. To Begin: Log in to the app and tap on the settings (⚙️) icon. Tap on the "Unverified" button and scroll to the "Verified" section. Tap "Upgrade to Verified" Verify Your Identity: Complete a short questionnaire. Submit your National ID/ passport. For the video verification, read aloud the numbers shown on your screen. Complete the phone verification. Once done, await a notification confirming your account approval! 🎉
  • Why do you require video verification?
    Video verification is an important step in ensuring the security of your account. It allows us to confirm that the person verifying their account is genuine and not using false information.   • How do I increase my transaction limit?

  • How long does it take to process my account verification?
    After you've completed account verification, your account status will appear as in progress. This process typically takes up to 2 days as we review your information to ensure a secure and reliable experience. ✅ During this time, your verification status may appear as unverified, passed, in progress, rejected, or with a request for resubmission.
  • How can I change my password?
    To change your password, go to Settings > Security > Change password. 🔐 Follow the prompts to update your password securely.
  • What should I do if I forget my Rapidz Pay login password?
    If you've forgotten your Rapidz Pay password, don't worry! Here's how you can recover it: On your Rapidz Pay login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter the email address linked to your account and tap "Reset Password". Check your email. You'll find a link to reset your password*. Click the link to proceed. You should receive a second email with a temporary password* to log in. *Please note: The password reset link (first email) is valid for 60 minutes. The temporary password (second email) is valid for 30 minutes.
  • My Rapidz Pay account is locked after several failed login attempts.
    For security, your account is temporarily locked for 1 minute after consecutive failed login attempts. Don't worry! You can wait for the lock to expire and try logging in again. 😊 If you've forgotten your password, tap "Reset Password" on your app login to get back in.
  • I clicked "forgot password" in the app but didn't receive the reset email.
    If you don't see the password reset email in your inbox, please check your spam/ junk mailbox. If it's not there either, kindly email us at contact@rapidz.io, and we'll assist you promptly. We're here to help! 🤗
  • I tried logging in with the temporary password, but it didn't work.
    The password generated via email is valid for 30 minutes only. If it has expired, tap "Forgot Password" on your app to restart the password reset process. View guide to reset password.
  • Can I change the app's language?
    Certainly! You can change the language in your Rapidz Pay app. Currently, we offer four language options: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Thai. Select settings ⚙️ > Account > Language.
  • Can I save other users' wallet addresses in the Rapidz Pay app?
    Absolutely! You can save other users' wallet addresses in your Rapidz Pay app to streamline your transactions. Here's how: Go to Settings > Account > Address book. Select "Add wallet address." Enter the cryptocurrency type, wallet address, and label for easy identification. This way, you'll have quick access to these saved addresses for hassle-free transactions! 🚀
  • I recently changed my email. How can I update my email address?

  • I signed up for an account but can't log in anymore. What happened?
    To ensure a smooth experience on Rapidz Pay, it's important to complete email verification within 7 days of registration. If you're unable to log in, it may be because email verification was not completed. You can easily get back on track by signing up again and promptly verifying your email.   • How can I delete my account?
    We'd appreciate it if you could drop us an email (contact@rapidz.io) if there's anything we can do to improve your experience before you go. You have the option to delete your account at any time. To delete your account: Tap on the settings icon (⚙️) on the app's homepage. Select "Delete my account" under the "More" section. Tap "Delete my account" again, and enter your password to confirm. Please transfer your wallet balances before deleting your account, as this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
