Termos e Condições
Users must maintain a verified Rapidz account in good standing and comply with all applicable laws, including AML/CTF, sanctions, and regulatory requirements. Participation is not permitted for users in restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions, and Rapidz reserves the right to deny or revoke participation based on risk and compliance assessments. Subject to Rapidz’s General Terms and Conditions.
The Campaign runs from 8 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (inclusive), unless amended, suspended, or terminated by Rapidz at its sole discretion.
Eligible users may receive a 10% discount on qualifying travel and hotel bookings via UMY using the code RAPIDZUMY, subject to UMY’s terms. Rapidz does not control or guarantee UMY services and is not responsible for their fulfilment.
Eligible users may receive 3% cashback in USDT/USDC, subject to qualifying transactions, verification, and compliance with these Terms. Cashback is subject to applicable caps or limits as determined by Rapidz.
Cashback will only be credited upon successful verification and submission of required details via the designated form (including valid Rapidz email and USDT/USDC TRC20 wallet address). Rapidz is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Rapidz may conduct KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and fraud checks, and reserves the right to reject, suspend, reverse, or claw back rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, transaction reversals, or non-compliance. Additional controls, including transaction and activity limits, may be applied.
Rapidz may amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, including its mechanics, eligibility, or rewards, at any time without prior notice.
Rapidz is not liable for any issues arising from UMY services. Any related disputes must be resolved directly with UMY.
Any attempt to exploit or abuse the Campaign (including multi-accounting or manipulation) will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
All decisions by Rapidz regarding eligibility, verification, rewards, and disputes are final and binding.
